The Western Supreme Council is dedicating a Memorial Library it s founder Baron Augustte Hugo Debulow, the Sovereign Grand Inspectors General of the Supreme Council of France and the first Most Pussaint Sovereign Grand Commander of the Supreme Council of the United States, its territories and dependencies, Western Masonic Jurisdiction of 1864.
The Baron A. Hugo Debulow Library will contain the history of Western Jurisdiction's Scottish Rite Freemasonry from France to the United States and the many jurisdictions created and/or regularized since the 1700.
The Western Supreme Council is seeking sponsorship both foreign and domestic to assist with its building fund.Supreme Council receives its sponsorship from Freemasons and organizations dedicated to safeguard the history of Freemasonry in the United States.
The Western Supreme Council is a non-political regular masonic organization. Any International contributions must be cleared through the United States anti-terrorist commission.
